"An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest." Benjamin Franklin, 1706-1790 |
The main teaching objective is a scientifically sound education of students. In addition to theoretical knowledge, methodological competences are taught. The practical application of the acquired skills is promoted by selected guest lectures, presented by practitioners, as well as practically oriented topics in seminars and theses. Thus, students will be able to get in contact with companies in the financial sector at an early stage.
The Chair of Banking and Behavioral Finance regularly offers (usually once a year) classes in the Bachelor's and Master's program. There are also irregular special events (e.g., PhD-courses).
